Pushing the boundaries of unconventional sound for over 15 years, Espen Lauritzen crafts sets that are both raw and deeply immersive. His style is rooted in driving grooves and hypnotic textures, with a strong emphasis on tension, flow, and long-form storytelling behind the decks. Raised in Buenos Aires and now based in Bergen, his sound reflects a unique duality -merging the intense, high-energy pulse of South American dance floors with the precision and atmospheric depth of European techno.

Espen Lauritzen actively contributes to the global music scene through his label, Krill Music, and his event series, Krill Foundation - both platforms dedicated to forward-thinking, uncompromising sound. His productions can be found not only on his own label Krill Music but also on respected imprints such as Fiedeltwo and Twice Infinity. Espen’s artistic journey has brought him to some of the world’s most respected clubs, including Berghain, Tresor, KHIDI, RSO, and Cocoliche, as well as festivals across Europe, where he has shared the decks with many esteemed artists.

A former resident at Metaculture in Kyiv, Espen has consistently aligned himself with spaces that value sonic depth, artistic integrity, and long-term creative development, reinforcing his position within the deeper currents of underground electronic music.
